CUSTOM PROP RENTALS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deliveries
- Minimum order of $500 is required for all deliveries.
- Standard delivery charge for drop-off and pick-up within a 20-mile radius of ZIP 91311 is $200.
- Delivery includes safe transport of all items to and from the venue and placement in one secure
location.
- Set-up of items is not included. Hanging or installation of items is the customer’s responsibility.
- Customer must confirm with the venue that all props from Custom Prop Rentals may remain at the
facility for the event.
- Customer must provide venue access 2 hours before the event for delivery/set-up and 2 hours after
for removal.
- Venue must allow parking close to the entrance for unloading.
- Additional fees apply for: Deliveries exceeding 30 minutes or difficult access (stairs, no freight
elevator, tight spaces, limited parking, etc.).
- Someone must be available to sign for rentals at both delivery and pick-up.

Custom Prop Rentals Responsibility
- We are committed to providing prompt, professional service at every event.
- We strive to provide the highest-quality props, though normal wear and tear may occur.
- Customers are encouraged to view props in person before payment to confirm condition.
Customer Responsibility
- Provide venue access for delivery and removal (2 hours before and after).
- Ensure vehicle parking near the entrance for unloading/loading.
- Provide adequate electrical power for any rented equipment.
- Weather-related reschedules: Customer will receive full credit toward a future order. A minimum of 2
weeks’ notice is required to reschedule.

Changes to Order
- STORE CREDIT ONLY – NO REFUNDS.
- Customers may change orders within 24 hours of booking.- After 24 hours, changes are not allowed.
- Additions may be made to the order (subject to terms).
- Any canceled items after 24 hours will be credited for store credit valid 1 calendar year from the
original order date.

Prop Rentals & Decorations
- All props, furniture, and décor are daily rentals for the agreed time.
- Custom Prop Rentals will remove all items at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
- If the venue requires insurance, customer must provide one-day event insurance.
- Customer is responsible for the safety and condition of the venue and furnishings.
- Customer is responsible for any injury, loss, or damage involving Custom Prop Rentals’ staff or
equipment caused by event attendees or staff not employed by Custom Prop Rentals.

Payments & Security
- A 100% deposit is required to secure the event date (unless otherwise agreed).
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking result in loss of deposit; customer will receive
store credit valid for 1 year.
- A credit card authorization form must be completed for each event for security against damages or
loss.
Damage & Loss
- Customer is responsible for all damage or loss caused by event attendees or non-Custom Prop
Rentals staff.
- Charges may include repair or replacement costs up to full value (including shipping/handling).
- Damage includes but is not limited to: Wind, water, extreme heat/cold, unauthorized moving of props
meant to remain stationary.
- Damages will be assessed and photographed when possible.
- A documented damage/loss report with costs will be sent within 3 business days of the event.
- Customer must pay the full amount upon receipt of the report.
- Custom Prop Rentals reserves the right to refuse business to anyone.

- Information will never be sold, exchanged, shared, or rented.
- We collect information solely to: Process and track your order, contact you regarding your order, send
promotional offers/coupons from Custom Prop Rentals only.
